We serve non-profits and ministries around the globe that work with marginalized individuals. Our partners are from various sectors, which include Non-Government Organizations, as well as State Agencies and Universities. We focus our consultation on leadership, Organizational Development, and Program Development. A variety of trainings are available based on the individual needs of each organization we serve. The primary trainings available includes Trauma-Informed Care, Strength-Based Approaches, Burn-Out Prevention and Care, and the Ethical Integration of Spiritual Formation or Practices. We have also led trainings on Trauma Informed Spirituality, Strength-Based Leadership, Strength-Based Spirituality, Boundaries, Cultural Awareness, Therapeutic Strategies for Working with Survivors of Sexual Exploitation, and Integration of Spiritual Formation and Trauma Work.
Consultation
We offer consultation services to CEOs, COOs, pastors, and a variety of leaders. Each leader comes with unique needs and our consultants work to provide individualized services. This includes leadership growth, executive coaching, staff enrichment, and organizational development.
Training
Ash Tree Center’s trainings are specifically tailored to each group we work with to fit your needs. We offer full day, half-day, and multi-day trainings. We are also available to lead staff retreats upon request.
Trainers and Consultants
Tracy Busse is the founder of Ash Tree Center, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Spiritual Director, Consultant, and Trainer.
Kelli provides training and consultation to organizations and non-profits primarily focused on working with individuals with a history of trauma. The training she provides most frequently include Trauma- Informed Care, Strength-Based Approaches, Boundaries, and Burnout Prevention and Care. Kelli is passionate about providing training and education for those who walk along survivors of complex trauma.
Ben offers spiritual direction because he loves how the Mystery intersects with and invites people to live fully. He has been a pastor since 2013, a directee since 2017, and offering direction since 2020.
Lisa loves helping people and being a partner in their growth. In therapy, we can learn a lot about our choices, feelings, and behaviors from past experiences.
Carol holds a M.Div. in Pastoral Care and Counseling (McAfee School of Theology) and a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health from Mercer University. Carol is a licensed and ordained minister. She is also a National Certified Counselor.
Taylor is a compassionate and experienced therapist who believes in the transformative power of creativity. With a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Truett McConnell University.
